On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Bibb County High School standouts Matthew Cash and Steven Cash’s current college team, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, lost 14-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Georgia State Panthers.
The game took place at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Panthers this season.
The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. at Sewell-Thomas Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
