On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Bibb County High School standouts Matthew Cash and Steven Cash’s current college team, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, won 12-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Samford Bulldogs.

The game took place at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium against Georgia State Panthers.
