On Friday, March 14, former John T. Morgan Academy standout Demarckus Smiley’s current college team, the Alabama State Hornets, won 14-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Jaguars.

The game took place at Lee-Hines Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Jaguars this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at Lee-Hines Stadium against Southern Jaguars.
