On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Sweet Water High School standout Megan Roe’s current college team, the West Alabama Tigers, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Florida Southern Moccasins.

The game took place at Chris Bellotto Field. This was their third matchup against the Moccasins this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at MC Softball Complex against Mississippi Choctaws.
