Perry County Schools issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
The Perry County Board of Education will have 1st Public Budget Hearing on the 2021 Proposed System Budget on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Mattie S. Atkins Central Office conference room 200 W. Monroe St Marion, Al.
The Perry County Board of Education will have Called Board Meeting and 2nd Public Budget Hearing on the 2021 Proposed System Budget on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Mattie S. Atkins Central Office conference room 200 W. Monroe St. Marion, Al.
Due to the nature of the meeting limited amount of comments will be allowed via the Facebook Live comment feed.
Based on continuing safety concerns the public will not be able to enter the building.; however, the meeting will be live streamed via Perry County Board of Education’s Facebook page for public viewing: Perry County School District, Alabama.
