City of Centreville issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
The City of Centreville truly lost a special soul. Mr. Buddy Ingram was the heart of the employees. He was kind, generous, loving, and dedicated. We ask that you please keep his family in your prayers, and for his co workers for his death is a lost felt deeply with them all.
** He was always so proud to bring my his "critters" he encountered while serving the water department.
